Building on her experience as a HR Director and Co-Founder of a successful Management Consultancy, she is able to bring a unique perspective to her work. This, coupled with her coaching framework and methodology means that Shamila often draws out insights from her clients that may have been unanticipated at the beginning of the clients coaching journey. Shamila has over 15 years of experience in the People and Commercial sector with first-hand experience in setting up a successful Management Consultancy. She has worked one to one with Senior Executives, leaders and NEDs, and supported ongoing talent search initiatives to put together C-suite teams that support high performance and organisational growth. Shamila has experience working as a Team & Group Coach to support the development of a coaching culture and manage corporate dynamics.
