And when we work with people we just don’t bond with, well that’s when problems start to rise. A breakdown in communication, trust and teamwork all place a heavy burden on a cohesive workplace affecting moral, wellbeing and performance. The idle office chatter on relationships replacing the focus on the job at hand. We have seen all manner of toxic relationships in our collective business experience. We can work with whole teams or you as a leader to form better and more enriching business relationships. Cancelation Policy

Cancellations and Reschedules – The Service Provider reserves the right to charge The Company for cancellations and reschedules based on the table below. Where the fees have not yet been received in full, The Service Provider is entitled to payment for costs incurred to that date in favour of The Service Provider.
