Over the last 5 years of his career, he delivered a £3 million saving over a 3-month period, a 10% improvement in audit scores, 60% increase in customer satisfaction and established an authentically inspiring team culture, which resulted in consistently outstanding and award-winning performance metrics across the Walgreens Boots Alliance business unit. Building on her experience as a HR Director and Co-Founder of a successful Management Consultancy, she is able to bring a unique perspective to her work. Simon - Associate Executive Coach
Simon Bergenroth who for over 20+ years, before moving into coaching, worked in the marketing and communications industry across the private, public and third sectors. He has both national and international experience in Senior leadership roles. Simon qualified as a Leadership & Executive Coach in 2020 and has since coached over 400 senior executive and director-level clients. He holds an ILM7 certificate qualification in coaching and mentoring, is accredited to practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is also accredited to ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
