Shamila Mhearban is an experienced Senior Executive Coach and an active member of Forbes Coaches Council, an  invitation-only  members  network  for  leading 
Business and Executive Coaches. Membership is based on diversity of experience and results delivered as outlined by previous clients. A commercially astute senior professional, Shamila has had  a  distinguished  career  working  with  C-suite 
individuals,  leadership teams and board members to deliver bespoke outcomes for her clients. 

Building  on her experience as a HR Director and Co-Founder of a successful Management Consultancy, she is able to bring a unique perspective to her work. Simon - Associate Executive Coach


Simon Bergenroth who for over 20+ years, before moving into coaching, worked in the marketing and communications industry across the private, public and third sectors. He has both national and international experience in Senior leadership roles. Simon qualified as a Leadership & Executive Coach in 2020 and has since coached over 400 senior executive and director-level clients. He holds an ILM7 certificate qualification in coaching and mentoring, is accredited to practitioner level with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and is also accredited to ACC level with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Natalie's passion has helped start-up coaches get their business moving and has helped reduce the roller coaster that goes along with it, resulting in a successful business model.  This allows the business owner to focus on their core business and its development. 

With experience in all business areas, Natalie now uses the skills she has honed over the years to help entrepreneurs achieve their goals through virtual business management and by mentoring start-ups.
