I have spent the last 35 years leading big teams and even bigger change programmes for globally-minded Fortune 500 businesses, so I know how to get the best out of people.  Whether as a Non-Executive Director, or as Senior Leader, I have had a long and successful career that’s been focused on helping high-performing leaders and their teams to deliver.

I have coached talented individuals from all walks of life, from executive level C-suite leaders, directors, senior leaders and field managers to front-line colleagues. I have supported their decision-making during change, and challenged them to grow and uncover the potential they might never have seen in themselves.   I’m good at what I do because I have walked in the shoes of the people I want to help, giving me unique insights into what it’s like to strive for success at the top of an organisation.

 

Why do I do it?

I do it because I get real buzz out of helping people.  I love to see leaders learn what’s possible, which is why I only work with clients who show real commitment to making the changes they want in their lives.  I also love coaching, and have had great feedback about my down to earth, enthusiastic way of helping to build fresh perspectives.  Whether in the boardroom or over a coffee somewhere, whether reflecting on solutions to work challenges or building a more positive career outlook, I love every minute of it!
